Terms of Shipping and Payment and Guarantees

We make exchange / returns within a period of 14 days, we only make exchange or refund the amount if the item is completely new in the same state in which it was sold, without any mark of use, with all accessories, manuals and box in the same state it is delivered.
We ship all items by carrier.
Shipping costs are marked at the bottom of each item.
Customer must always make payment of shipping costs before shipment is made.
Products available on demand must be paid for in full in advance.
Any product purchased in our online store is entitled to return of the same by the customer if the description of it does not match what is announced without any prejudice to the customer, or if the fault is our responsibility in publishing it, the product may not show marks of use.
